Was very short on time this morning so did the following. Swings: 1 minute work, 30 seconds rest, for 7 rounds with 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg, 36kg. Time 10:00.

Very interesting stuff. I don't remember my RPM for each round (I wrote it down but don't have handy), but I noted that I did 251 total swings. I also noted that my RPM peaked with the 32kg bell. The reason seems to be that the lighter bells spent a lot of time floating around in the air. (Yes, I know that all objects fall at the same speed, but I was driving the lighter ones higher.) Very strange workout but felt good. Next time when I have about 20 minutes, I'll try pyramiding up and then back down.

Could be interesting to know how many swings you did for one minute with 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32 and 36, did you count the number of reps ? Anyway, a good endurance WOD.
