I would like to start the total package weekly template plan in a few weeks when i am done with the protocol(520) i am doing now. would the strength aerobics plan work for the second strength day. the article says it could be used as a light day.
Justin, if you could, please post a link to the total package weekly template plan. It's always nice to provide a link for forum members who aren't familiar with the article you're talking about.
Follow up for @Pavel or @Steve, I saw in the blog comments Pavel said it would be okay to add a day or two of jogging. Would it be okay to do an extra day of swings on Saturday?
