One more deadlift session before working up to a max in 2 weeks

And I'm completely unprepared. lol I know what I'm doing for bench and squat for the next 3 weeks, and I want to try to nail 355 on the last week along with my other lifts, but I have no idea what I'm doing today. lol My current max is still 345, so I'm thinking maybe I should do triples with 85% or something along those lines. Advice?
 
Try this:

70% (240) x 5
75% (260) x 4
80% (275) x 3 - there's your triple
85% (295) x 2
90% (310) x 1

That's 15 total reps, achievable even if unprepared for most people given the start at 70%.

Use your judgement on the 90% single rep - if another 5% to 310 feels like it's too much, use less weight. OTOH, if it feels easy, do another single with a little more weight (about 15 lb) after a complete recovery and keep going as long as you can without grinding too much, IOW, when that heavy single really slows down, don't do any more of them.

If the 80% triple feels really easy and only if it feels really easy, try 85% (295) for a triple also, then 90% (310) for a double, and then use your judgement for a heavier single. 95% would be 325.

See how that goes and report back.
