I bought Geoff Neupert's Kettlebell Strong DVD from the Strong First store. It immediately made me stronger! I put Kettlebell Strong in the category with my first of many books by Pavel, The Naked Warrior. I was already a fan of Pavel, Dan John, Dave Whitley, and Mark Reifkind. I never heard of Geoff Nuepert before. Now I am a fan of Geooff's work as well.
