It will be in the style of alternating workouts, three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri):
First week:
Monday: Overhead press coupled with pull ups done in ladder format (similar to ETK ladders)/followed by deadlifts done in straight-set format.
Wednesday: One Arm Push Ups w/ Barbell Squats done with ladders. A round of kettlebell conditioning work will follow from there (snatches, swings, jerks, etc.).
Friday: same as Monday.
During the next week, the order will be switched but the same format will remain.
As Pavel advises in ETK, I will be "waving" the intensity of the ladders (i.e. light, medium, hard days). However, I the light, med, hard days may not be in the same week. For instance:
Week 1 on Mon: light ladders for presses and pull ups
Wed: light ladders for 1 arm push up and squats
Fri: medium version of monday
Week 2 on Mon: medium version of the preceding Wednesday
Wed: heavy version of preceding Friday
Fri: heavy version of week 2 Monday
It then returns to the light cycle with added ladder or "rung."
Any thoughts or suggestions?
