Anyone here have recommendations for bodybuilding type training resources? I know pavel did a few books on powerlifting movements but any good stuff on bodybuilding?
Ah, then in addition to Beyond Bodybuilding there's also the bear program from pttp, ROTK (if you can meet the strength standards and have enough bells), Mass Made Simple by Dan John, Kettlebell Muscle by Geoff Neupert, or Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. You really can't go wrong with any of the above; if I were going to pick one, not knowing anything else about you, I would suggest Mass Made Simple.
