There is a photo in the book of a gentleman doing banded 2H swings. I can't find any explanation of how/why to use this exercise anywhere in the text. Is this considered a "shadow" technique?
I have used banded swings for eccentrics to help my DL. The other day it was 5 rounds of 5 banded 36kg swings immediately followed by 10 regular 2 handed swings with the 36kg. The 36kg felt like the 24kg after going from banded to no resistance band.
