Hey
Not wanting to annoy the purists but what are the thoughts on the bear with isolation movements?
My Reasoning is not to get super heavy weights overhead (etc) but more to get lots of blood through the previously injured joints And managing to maintain technique due to low reps but getting the overall volume in.
thoughts?
