As of today 7/29/2022, Im submitting my Sinister Video to SFG. When i get it im going to need another challenge. The Beast Tamer would be next on my to do list. If there is anyone out there with the Beast Tamer/Iron Maiden Title, how did you begin to train for it? What did your program look like? I can already press a 48 kg pistol with a 36 kg and pull-up with a 32 kg. The biggest issue for me on this would be my pull-up. I would like to pick everyone’s brain and get some suggestions for someone like myself trying to accomplish this great feat. Any idea/suggestion helps. Thanks in advance
