Old Forum Bodyweight dip strength standards

A quick question.  I do dips, chins, and pistols in addition to GS long cycle.  I know that 20 strict chin ups will ace this portion of the Marine Corp fitness test, and that 5 strict pullups are entry level strength for HKC and SF.  Is there a general consensus  about how many body weight parallel bar dips constitute entry level, mid-range, and outstanding strength?
 
Not sure if there is a hard and fast standard. Dips are definitely "easier" than pull ups (in the sense that you can do more reps). So, maybe 10, 20 and 30?
