I attended last summers online course and just wrote my first program. It's BTS3. My question is I didn't see anything in the manual about specific rest time. I reread the articley @Mike Torres and noticed he has specific rest for Hard, medium and easy lifts. I went through the slides that were sent out and only saw at the end it was on slide 88 where it talk about ATP and CP top off after 3min and had a time for VL where you do 30seconds rest. My first week on medium day for press called for 63 reps my ladders were 3,4,7 after doing that two times I had to start resting 2:30 between, because I was feeling super pumped. Today I went with 3 minutes on hard and medium lifts and 2 on easy. It wasn't a high volume day but was more doable.

Next question is . after the first meso cycle do we keep the weight the same and just adjust the volume through the macrocycle?
