2x24 Press Pyramid to 6
I missed my alarm this morning; so as you noticed, I had to skip the swings today, and I'm not happy about it. I also very much so compressed the rest periods between sets, but still managed to safely get up to 6 then back down.
I think tomorrow, to make up for the swings, I am going to do a superset of 10 swings + Windmill L rest, then Right for 10 total sets using a light-ish weight.
