Hey folks,
Just reviewing my cardiac stuff and got a bug in my mind about collateral circulation. Has anyone come across studies examining the type of cardiovascular stress required to stimulate the development of collateral coronary circulation and whether this is achievable without somehow compromising the organism? Just wondering if this is a goal which is reasonably attainable. Looking at life in the long run as I am about to hit 30, aiming to develop collateral circulation seems like a rather good idea for improving the chances of having a healthy, happy old age. Maybe a bit of a technical question but just curious.
