Figured this will keep me honest

Have played around with EES and S&S in the past. Currently running something outside of strongfirst called ‘beyond bigger leaner stronger’ by mike matthews

BBLS 3x/week
DDD 5x/week as described

Additional activity includes walking & rucking 1x/week

calories 2200/day; weigh 73.8kg

Day1: 90 kg x 5
Day 2: 90 kg x 5
