Old Forum Dips Cycle

Hi,

I'd like to train weighted Dips 2x a week. So a simple question: Would it be viable to do a simple linear cycle with dips, adding 1,25 or 2,5 kg plates to the dip belt every session. Or does the Dip call for a different kind of program?

Miller, go for it.  Add about 3-5% of your 1RM (add the plates and bodyweight) or estimated 1RM each session.
