Hello,
Can someone tell me what the SFG standard is for the double snatch? Should one's heels remain planted or is it ok to drive off of one's toes and let the heels rise while driving the bells up?
I believe Return Of The Kettlebell advises to leave them planted.
I feel more powerful when I let my heels rise; similar to Oly barbell lifting.
