Got an email from Geoff Neupert in which he describes his double stuff workout from his inner circle newsletter/pamphlet that I got when I purchased "Kettlebell Strong" two years ago. I won't go into details as I don't want to interfere with his profit but I will say I did it last year when I was pressed for time and it is an impressive and effective short workout done three times a week......simple in design, short in duration but hard to do! Lasts four weeks.
Dont know if anyone here has tried it, but if your skill level is up to par, I do recommend trying it.
