Just read an article/study about daily undulating periodization. Its where you have a hypertrophy, strength, and power day each week. Made sense to me and the findings were positive, but just wondering what the party thought. Cant post the link yet, but you can find it on the powerlifting forum at t nation.

It makes a ton of sense, and works very effectively. Here are some more links:

Good reads in there.

Seems complicated at first, but actually very easy to employ.

It's very good stuff. Just another way of incorporating 'waviness of loads' into programming and there's more than one way to do it.

Some of Bill Starr's work is in fact very similar to the 'modern' DUP stuff, and the bodybuilding book OTS 3 Big Beyond Belief also had some very useful examples of applying that sort of training strategy.
