Are the drills in Fast and Loose different to those in Superjoints?
I have the Superjoints book, but not Fast and Loose and living in the UK income tax would make it a pretty expensive purchase. I was just wondering if I could stick to the drills in SJ in between sets or am I missing out, not having F&L?
