I do IF 16/8 since years and i like to train fasted too but everytime after my kettlebell or MRT pratice i got a bad ammonia smell
I'd read, that's because of the fasting state
to less carbohydrate resources as fuel so it have to take protein/ Muscles...
Somebody experience with it?
