Got my first non assisted pistol with my right leg a few weeks back. Just did about 3 with work boots on, but still cant quiet get it on my left leg.

Want to know what exercises I have been doing primarily for the last six months?

Barbell deads, sumo, conventional &  Romanian.
With a lot of KB snatching/swinging.
Also A LOT of "mobility work" consisting of goblet squats primarily with 10kg KB

Been just playing with pistols over six months maybe at the end of a workout, doing pistols with a light KB held in front or heel raised on a wedge, only a few singles.

If you added it up maybe been practising pistols once a month at the most over the six months.

Just putting this up for people curious about abbreviated programmes where the dead is the main leg exercise.
