Finally got to the S&S Program Minimum!
When I increased to 5 TGUs, I noticed some weakness going into the lunge. Ran into StrongFirst SFG Kettlebell Level I Technique Standards video (YouTube) and decide to check my TGU against SrSFG's demonstration.
I started with my strong side and as far as I can tell, it checks out. However, when I move to my stronger side, by habit, I am bringing up my strong side knee to go into the kneeling position before going to the lunge. When I tried to correct this by bringing up the correct side knee, my TGUs were not so stable.
I posted this to remind everybody to check your technique from time to time. Also, don't be afraid to find a local RKC/SFG instructor to help you check out your form.
Here's to a few future practice TGUs with my shoe.
