Kettlebell Gloating

Are we allowed to gloat around here? In the woodworking forums if you get a new "blank" that is special to you then you can gloat about it to the group and they all celebrate your special moment, even if it's not that special.

I thing we are a healthy amount of a community here to support this. I'd propose that the poster uses the word gloat in the thread title so there is no misunderstanding and that everyone knows to only post positive and encouraging things.

So is this allowed here? As the new guy I want to be respectful and ask first.

There is nothing in the guidelines that says you can't, so gloat away! People report their successes all the time, if that's what you mean by gloating - I think most of us find the stories interesting and inspirational, truth be told.
