Old Forum gtg question(pavel or sfb)

I have finished the simple goals from s&s and would have been practicing the pistol and one arm pushup.  I have read naked warrior but was still wondering if there was any updated advise to greasing the groove and the best ways to program throughout the day especially since I work 12 hour shift 4 days a week.

AFAIK 15 minutes between attempts is the minimum to be considered GTG.

What I did when I ran a pure naked warrior was have 2-3 practice sessions in the morning then 2-3 afternoon, 2-3 at night
