Curious what people think of the science.

I might pick that up. I will usually take a 2-4 week break after a couple months of drinking coffee. Resets my tolerance and makes it fun again. I believe it is a good rest for the nervous system too. A nice will power test as well. The first day is always the worst, big headache bad mood. The next day is always better, but maybe this book can help take the edge off. Last time I cycled off I took Rhodila Rosea and some American Ginseng. Helped a little I think.
