Hi folks.  I'm a physical therapist and conditioning coach down in Houston, TX.  I've been coaching and practicing for a while know and just looking to be around folks with a ton of passion for what they do.  About a year ago I started reading some of Pavel's books and playing around with kettlebells.  It's been a blast but I'm just now starting to get into the process a bit more deeply and considering taking a certification course.

Right now I'm here to learn.  Thanks everyone.

I live and practice in Crosby right now.  Coaching is a big part of my practice and I enjoy that aspect of it a lot.  I'm pretty much done with all things academic and now I'm just wanting to teach and coach.

(and lift - ha!)
