Recommendations/Reviews/FS/WTB Help Identifying This Kettlebell

Anyone familiar with this kind of kettlebell? I can't quite make out what it says, but I know it's a 28 kg.

I think that is a Troy kettlebell. The very first ‘bell I purchased was a 16kg by that manufacturer.

I had to sand some imperfections off the handle, but it’s OK. I only use it for halos nowadays.
