Help with schedule...

Hi everyone!!! Wonder how to combine a circuit of 5 OLAPs, Pistols, Pullups and chin ups that a I do or at least try to everyday if not working or sick, 1 or 2 times daily, with an iron session, not to many choices availabe: bench press and squats mainly, poor support on equipment to deathlifts. My goals are to add calisthenics movements to the ones Ive already got, I also like running, so I do 7-8km 4-5 times weekly, thanks for all your support, and I wish you a great year to all.
