Yes.

At the top of the forum list is a black bar.

Click on "Filters" on the right side of that bar.

A dropdown menu will appear headed "Show only:"

Then just select "interesting." ;-)

You can try the forum’s filter option but, no, what you’re asking for sounds like the opposite of Following a thread, and I don’t think we have that functionality. Sounds like an interesting idea, though.
