Newbie here - sorry!

How does the workout read when written like this for example: 10/5 or 10/10 or 1/5 ?

Thank you so much for your help ;)

Hello, welcome to Strongfirst.
x1/x2 means x1 sets of x2 reps or other way around. Some people write number of rep per set first, some write total set first. You should clarify with the programmer.

Also, you post in the Training log, where people log their training. Your post will have less trafic (which might mean less people answer your question). Maybe repost it in other section?

as @q.Hung said, or sometimes in my own case 10/10 may also be the reps when doing single-arm work. i.e. pressing or snatching a dumbbell or kbell 10 times with the left arm, then 10 times with the right arm. In these cases, my training will show; 3 X 10/10 ; meaning 3 sets of 10 reps with each arm.
