Old Forum HS Abs power breathing with RTK

I know that doing the HS Abs program proper isn't advised with RTK, but what about the initial portion that suggests GTG HS breathing once every hour or so throughout the day?  I plan on doing this with my presses on RTK days; would adding this in as well improve the skill or is it too much tension practice?
 
Sven, that should be OK.  Ease in and make sure to stretch your abs regularly by hanging on a pullup bar, etc.
