Dear Pavel:

I have been using kettle bells from the beginning...I am currently doing the simple but sinister routine. I have some degenerated disk problems (I am 60 years old-former power lifter). I have tried both the Asimov recharge and some exercise from resilient. They seem to contradict each other as far as the forward flection. (I am flexion intolerant) What joint mobility method should I choose?

P.S. As a former government operative I appreciate your help with our military and your fitness and philosophical musings in general.

Best Regards,

Bob Gutschke

Bob, thank you for your kind words!

Given your disc history, I would avoid flexion, except for "camel/cat" type exercises, and only with your doctor's approval.  The S&S recharge should work well for you.
