The kettlebell dead lift was taught in the SFG user course that I took and is taught in S&S, but it is not listed as part of the S&S program. What is the place of the kettlebell dead lift in S&S?
I think this was answered in another topic, but as I read it the kettlebell deadlift is primarily used in S&S as a progression for the swing. While a useful drill it is hard to use enough weight to make the kettlebell deadlift an effective exercise past beginner stages.
