I am trying to build up my pull ups and I want to do so using kettlebells, maces and clubs. Can you give me some exercises to do this that will increase my pull up count? A video or two would be appreciated as well.
Swings are pretty reliable for increasing pullups, and I've heard the ab wheel can help also, although I have no experience with using it for that. Weighted? Unweighted? And with what goal in mind?
