Ladders programming

Hello everybody. I have a question about programming.
My job and family obligations give me only 30 minutes a day to train.
Since few month I only do squat, bench, deadlift and pullups, face pull, with high frequency and low rep/set.
How to organise my program for pure strenght gain with only 30 minutes day?
Could do ladders 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 for 2 mouvement each day heavy-light-medium ?
Monday : squat/deadlift(only 1 ladder) heavy
Tuesday :bench/pull-up . heavy
Wednesday :squat/dead light
Friday :bench/ pull-up. Light etc.....
