Hello ,I just want to say

 

 

Hello,I just wana say and share one thing with you.I am a physicaltherapist and also working with young taekwondo athlets in preparing for their conditioning. Last year I went "risking" in preparation with one 15 year old athlete for World Championship in Azerbaijan and take only 3 Kettlebell excercise to prepaire him well. The result was 5th place in old cadets . I can't belive how much streingh,speed,explosiveness he got. Program was very simple (and clean.) Thank you Mr.Pavel on kettlebells ! They are my new view for rehab and work with athlets. See you on a Plan Strong!
