My lower back usually feels fine during S&S, but I sometimes experience tightness and pain in that area the following day. Basically, a form of DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

Does anyone else get this? And if so, how did you deal with it?

Thanks.

Drag a vertical line in the mid of your body, and swing the bell along this line. Dont lean back at the top of the swing and stay tight. Dont roll your shoulders.

The chances of your issues being resolved would greatly increase if you got your form checked by uploading a vid so we can give you feedback
