I have been suffering from lower back pain since almost 2 months. I am trying Yoga for relieving the same but it doesnt seem to have so much effect(it should really work) till now after almost a month. I researched further to find that kettlebell as another alternative. I have pain mostly when I sit and only increases by sitting as I am an IT professional. The pain is on either sides of my lower back bone.

I would like to know if kettlebell is effective for curing and fixing my lower back pain once in for all.  Please help !!!!!!!

It's impossible to diagnosis the cause of lower back pain via the internet. Kettlebells have been known to help people with lower back pain, but it is highly individualized depending on the cause of pain. You need to go see a very good physiotherapist or very good evidenced based chiropractor who can guide you.
