I received an email from Rogue saying they are now selling mas wrestling equipment. I looked it up and wow. So basic yet so interesting and seemed kind of fun. It works or uses all the things Pavel says is important. Grip, abs, and back. Russians come up with all the fun basic stuff. Kettlebells, mas wrestling, and bear wrestling. Everything in Russia is Simple and Sinister. I mean that in a good way.
