Metal heart is lighter to more moderate weight with higher volume, focus on more type IIA endurance

Strength aerobics falls under more of the AXE system of heavy, low rep, longer rest

Just had a look at that article.. Just wondering if anyone knows where TGUs would fall?

If programmed for endurance (shaking it off between single reps per side), then more Strength Aerobics.
