Truth. It is a great program that I have thrived on. I have tweaked it a bit for mys3lf but the infrequency of the workouts keeps me feeling so freshI get the impression that is one of the most underrated programs in the SF universe. I think a lot of the SF people that are doing very well in "heavy athletics" (strongman and powerlifting) in the more competitive classes/ages tend to do that or a variant of that program.
