I really suck at logging lately and my training is only marginally better. My current employment ends at november, looking for a new one, i'll also move to a new place by that time etc, c'est la vie!
As a result, I only do couple of sets of c&p here and there, nothing structured,
maybe 2-3 x week, it's really merely to prevent deterioration.
C&P 2-3 times a week is enough to maintain strength etc.
An update: I started to miss near daily pressing and wanted to figure out something that would bring my numbers
back to a respectable level. I found out that the scheme is basically soju&tuba - like and decided to do just that.
It gradually builds the volume up from 4x1 via 8x2 to 6x3. I do it 6 times/week which amounts to the total of 3 weeks.
One big advantage is that it takes anywhere from 5-15 mins/session and so I have no excuse for NOT doing it almost daily.
I am in my 1st week now, will do some testing afterwards. Stay tuned.
