Training On Lentils

dbl press 2x5 @ 24s, 1x5 @ 32s, (1,2,3,4) @ 40s
1 x abc @ 40s
dfsq 4x2 @ 40s
bu press 5+5 @ 24
Note: I'll have to start slowly build up the volume for doubles so I am gonna peak
at 100 kg press. My idea is to take off with sets of 2 using 40s and back off sets
of 6-8 reps using 32s. Both for press and dfsq. Details I'll have to figure out.

Reading your log makes me want heavier KBs.

Gave it a try and was able to BU clean and rack the 32, after my last workout - will try pressing tomorrow.
 
Its good that 32kg snatch is not heavy for you! I still treat them like heavy ones...

Haha, 32 snatches are not terribly easy but neither they are very challenging - perfect training weight. I've tried 40 snatches a couple of minutes ago and they are ok with right hand but left hand grip is not that great.
