Novocaine

Have been very busy but a few things to note where my training is:
  • Switched to a 10 session cycle instead of 7 by adding three more LISS days. I was able to train almost everyday and the extra LISS sessions have been managing recovery without taking the days off.

  • Combined supplements by alternating instead of exclusive or stacking. Put 2x endurance and 1x strength as I'm slower than I am strong.
  • Hit a new PR on the SkiErg, 786w!!
