Wow, I understand nutrition has alot to do with life. But it has killed my workouts. I was doing very good for a while, but my Nutrition isn't where it needs to be (to many processed and junk foods). I have not become a junky, but wow. I was doing good with my 53lb kettlebell. Finishing the daily s&s in 20-25 min. Now I'm doing good to finish in 30 min. Still using good form, it's like my conditioning is going in reverse. I am a true fan of good nutrition now. It's just not easy when its my busy season. Rant over.
