Hey everyone, can anyone point me in the right direction of a good Olympic lifting program. I have no access to kettlebells for at least 3 months, and want to keep into speed/power drills and have access to barbells. I have been doing pttp for the last 2 months and am looking to change program next month.
 
I have some experience and I will be seeing a strength couch to get my form perfect. Light practice to start with then get up to medium lifts.
