I know it’s not generally high priority in this particular forum, but, I have to admit that benching just makes me happy, so I’m not ready to let it go yet, shoulder risks and all (I’m 45). The question I have is this: Does anyone have experience with carryover from the one arm push-up to increasing bench press numbers? I’m thinking about mixing some into my training.
