Hey Comrades!
After the last article of pavel where he gives a strenght and conditioning routine i have a question on my own training plan.
My plan:
MO: Pull ups and Push ups (light day) Strenght
TU:One Arm Swings (Heavy Day) Conditioning
MIull ups and Push ups (heavy day) Strenght
TH:One Arm Swings (light Day) Conditioning
FR: Barefood running about 6 km( pretty easy to me) "Skill training"
Question: Is this order ideal? For warm up i'll run barefood about 500 meters so here i'm doing some skill training too.The "long" run is simply for practicing endurance runs. After pavel article i reread some of his books( not as a hole xD) and noticed that he pointed out to put skill work before strenght work before endurance work. My question now is: Where is the ideal place for the long run?
