Hi, click on the image on the right for s&s, select paperback and it will take you to create space website to complete the order and it's international shipping.

That might not be entirely accurate, though I cannot say for sure.
My sister ordered the book for me for Christmas. We do live in the USA, but it estimate 2-3 weeks for shipping. She was a little worried about that, but it ended up arriving in 4 days.
Again, I can't say if it could get there faster with an international order, but that is what happened for me.

iTunes and amazon would have worked.....not sure why those aren't options.
