Old Forum Park Bench and Bus Bench Workouts

I just re-read this excellent Dan John article. As I mentioned in another post, I'm looking ahead lately and trying to plan my training down the road. I've done this in the past, and when I plan my workouts about 6 months ahead I always make my best gains, maintain focus the best, and feel like an animal.

For the next 6-9 months I will be park benching pretty hard. Winter for me is always a good time to get in and out of the gym quickly since my gym is an unheated garage, and in the spring my fourth child will be here, so showing up is about what I can ask of myself.

At the end of the summer I'd like to make an effort to get 6-8 weeks of Bus Bench worked in.

Long story, short point- if you haven't read the article or even if you have, it's a good read and a good reminder about long term planning and goal setting.
